For business owners

Casspium is a buy-side M&A firm. Our clients are the buyers - private equity firms, family offices and corporations looking to acquire companies like yours - and they pay us. For you, that means introductions to serious, well-funded buyers at no cost.

How we're different from a broker

A traditional broker or sell-side advisor works for you and charges you a success fee, often several percent of the sale price. We work for buyers, so you pay nothing. Many owners talk to us alongside, or instead of, a broker.

Whether you are ready to sell now or thinking a few years ahead, an early conversation helps you understand what buyers look for.

How it works

  1. 1

    A confidential conversation

A short call about your business and what you want from a sale. No documents and no commitment.

  2. 2

    Understanding your goals

Timing, price expectations, and what matters to you - your role after a sale, your team, your family.

  3. 3

Matching you with the right buyers

We put forward your business only to clients whose acquisition criteria fit, and only with your permission.

  4. 4

    Introductions and offers

We coordinate calls, site visits and letters of intent, so you can compare serious offers side by side.

  5. 5

    Through to closing

We help keep diligence and paperwork moving alongside your own lawyer and accountant.

Your name stays private until you decide otherwise.

  • We share no identifying details - not even your state or city - until a buyer has signed a non-disclosure agreement.
  • You decide which buyers you speak to, and when.
  • We don't approach your employees, customers or suppliers.

After more than 5 months of attempting to sell our business through a business broker, we were referred to Casspium by a business contact. Three weeks after our initial engagement with them, they introduced us to a large number of highly qualified buyers specialized in buying businesses like ours. After 8 weeks we had multiple offers and accepted an offer that was $4.5m more than the initial asking price and we didn't have to pay Casspium a commission fee.
